Red Earth Running Company uses Shopify Payments for payment processing. We accept major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All transactions are secure and encrypted. We never store your credit card information.
General Shipping Information
All items are packaged and ready-to-ship within 2 business days. During high volume times (such as restocks, sales, or new releases) order processing can take up to 5 business days. We send a shipping notification with a tracking number by email when your package is ready to ship. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking number to become active. Packages should arrive within 1-3 business days after shipping date (for contiguous US).
Packages are shipped free of charge via USPS First Class from Tama, IA. Customers can pay the cost for USPS Priority Mail (including International shipments). USPS Priority Mail shipping cost is based upon weight and varies. No express shipping method is currently available.
International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, service fees, and brokerage fees, in addition to shipping cost paid at the time of purchase from Red Earth Running Company.
We always send items to the shipping address provided at the time of checkout. Please double-check your delivery address entry. Red Earth Running Company is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses can cause delay in your shipment and/or cause the package undeliverable. Re-shipping and replacement costs due to incomplete or incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer.
If you believe there is a problem with a product you ordered, please send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org. All return requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please send items to: Red Earth Running Company, PO Box 23, Tama, IA 52339. Include original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase with your returned item(s). If you are returning an item, we suggest tracking the return shipment or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Red Earth Running Company reserves the right to pay for return shipping cost on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be issued after a satisfactory inspection has been performed.
We will send you an email notifying you when we have received your returned item(s). After inspection, we will also notify you of the status of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and your refund to be issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Therefore, the cost of original shipping is deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you do not see a credit reflected on your account after an approved refund, please contact your bank or credit card company. There is often a delay before a credit is officially posted to an account because of processing time. If you’ve determined that the refund has not posted after the allotted processing time, please send us an email at: email@example.com.

By using the Red Earth Running Company hashtag, social media handle, or emailing your photos, you are consenting to Red Earth Running Company using your photo digitally. Consent grants permission for Red Earth Running Company to use your story and/or pictures without payment or any other consideration. We may share your photo with our community by posting it on our website, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or any other digital advertising campaigns. Your first name and/or your social media handle(s) may be identified when we share your story or picture. We will not publish the identity of any minor(s) pictured in the photographs provided. We will never use your photo(s) in print without first contacting you.
